Morvern Valley Homestead was one of the original guest houses in the Southern Highlands. Morvern has offered accommodation to visitors to the Southern Highlands since the early 1900's.

The Morvern Valley Guest Houses property is not home to your hosts. 

A whole cottage is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Each cottage is styled differently and has a totally separate driveway and entrance from a quiet country lane.

Each cottage has its very own BBQ area, parking, fenced private gardens and even its very own hen house for egg collecting fun!.

Each cottage has been beautifully decorated with the old fashioned romantic in mind; English Fine Bone China, Fine Irish Linen Cloths, Antique Four Poster Beds with Muslin netting, a Double Heated Spa and an Open Log Wood Fire.

Morvern Valley Guest houses are located just five minutes easy walk from Bundanoon village, Morvern Valley is also just five minutes walk (in the other direction!) to the natural attractions of Morton National Park, with its fabulous bushwalks, lookouts and waterfalls.

Inside this Southern Highlands accommodation, it is cosy and completely private – your closest neighbour probably clucks, lays eggs, or whinnies!

Children are very welcome in this Southern Highlands accommodation ! Children are thrilled to meet the animals and collect the eggs.

Bundanoon village is a small friendly village in the Southern Highlands - just 1.5 hours from the Q.V.B. in Sydney or just 1.5 hours from Canberra.

Morvern Valley has something for everyone. Visiting is just like returning to Grandma’s farm of yesteryear.

The original Morvern Valley Homestead, Braedon Cottage and Alecia Cottage are decorated with Antiques, Four Poster beds and Kauri Pine dressers. Fine Irish Linen, fabulous old 1940's Metters Kooka Stoves, and historical photos - showing life in a slower paced era.

Ponies, chickens, ducks, alpacas and other farm animals are friendly, and love a pat, and to be hand fed.

The long verandas are a lovely peaceful place, they directly overlook the paddocks. Each Verandah also boasts a BBQ so you can cook outside watching the chickens and animals in their daily routines. Or just enjoy a cup of tea in English Fine Bone China Cups, relaxing in the wicker chairs.
