Minimum durations
Our minimum stay midweek is three nights.
Our minimum stay on weekends is two nights.
Our minimum stay on public holiday weekends and special event weekends
such as Brigadoon, The Highland Fling, and all 'The Day On The Green'
weekends is three nights at $330 per
night - all prices are for up to six persons of any age. Total being
$990.
Easter is a four night weekend and is priced at $1250.
Half Price Sunday
If you are staying four nights midweek, or Friday and Saturday night
on a standard weekend you are entitled to a Half Price Sunday (if its
available) the price would be just $122 to add on a Sunday night.
Deposits
Deposit is needed to Confirm and secure your booking
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking - Credit cards
are the easiest way of confirming a booking as then no bond is required.
N.B. If
you make an enquiry about certain dates the booking is not confirmed
for your party until the deposit is actually
received. We have many, many enquiries each
week and do not hold dates.
Our cancellation policy is that none of your deposit will be lost,
providing the time you have booked is resold, however if not resold
we will retain 50% of your total tariff (i.e. your deposit), Please
be aware to sell dates just a couple of weeks before, can be difficult,
as indeed people like to book their holiday in the country well in
advance - so please make sure you give as much notice as possible so
we can try to resell the dates.
If you arrive, but then your party needs to leave early for any reason
- please note your entire tariff is due.

Prices if you have more than six persons in your group
The maximum persons
in this accommodation is eight – for more
than six persons the charge is an extra $100 per hiring period per
extra person. The Original Homestead is the only cottage that can accommodate
more than six persons.
We very much welcome children and babies, however please note we do
need to include them in the head count, (kiddies actually need much
more cleaning you see), so for example, if you have five adults, and
two toddlers please understand your group has seven persons.

for standard 2 night weekends, or 4 night midweek for 7 persons,
$690
for standard 2 night weekends, or 4 night midweek for 8
persons.
This is because we hire another person to help with the set up for
your group, as well as the clean up afterwards.
To clarify - this extra price is only needed if you have seven
or eight persons (of any age) staying.
Pet Friendly Policies
Morvern Valley Guesthouse prides itself on being pet friendly accommodation.
Many doggies come and enjoy the walks and a holiday at Morvern.
Contact us to make sure our Bundanoon pet friendly, self contained
house can accommodate your pet.
Some people bring their dog, cat, or horse to stay with them at Morvern
Valley, we have even had a guinea pig and a rabbit stay with us.
However we require prior notice to discuss the details.
This is included in your tarriff - we do not charge you for bringing a
doggie.
Our basic dog policy is that if your dog is under two years of age
unfortunately we won't be able to have him stay - perhaps next holiday
when he is a little older (and wiser).
Please consider carefully when deciding to bring your dog.
Bringing your dog can severely limit your range of outings - for example
they are not permitted in the National Park.
Your dog comes at your own risk as there are large farm animals, also
you will need to take the dog with you when going on all outings -
and is not to be left unsupervised in the house, or even in
the yard (due to the many farm animals, and gentle free ranging poultry
who call Morvern home).
Each of these self contained cottages are
rented to your party exclusively – we don’t live at this
property.
A delicious and generous breakfast basket is included, with fresh
deli, local orchard and bakery goodies for your first morning. Collect
farm fresh eggs and cook them up for a hearty country breakfast.
Two great quality bikes with helmets are provided at no extra charge,
should you wish to explore the Morton National Park or Bundanoon village.
Quality Linen and Towels are provided.
